• Appearance — Scratches, gaps, color match to approved samples, logo placement.
• Function — Power on/off, core features, stress test for moving parts / buttons.
• Packaging — Retail box integrity, drop test spot checks if required.
• Labeling — Model, ratings, country plug, batch / serial if applicable.
• Accessories — Completeness vs BOM; cable markings.
• Manual — Correct language revision, warnings, regulatory text placeholders.
• Carton marks — Side labels, fragile / orientation marks, carton weight vs logistics limits.
• Basic safety / compliance documents — Check presence of declared test reports (not legal validation).
• Notes before shipment — Hold points, rework scope, re-inspection trigger.
